Since August 2019, the Azerbaijan Tourism Agencies Association (ATAA) has been accepting membership applications. Currently, the Association includes 240 companies that are well-known in Azerbaijan’s tourism market and distinguished by their professionalism.
The Association serves as a unified center providing legal assistance to its member agencies, supporting their development in the tourism sector, enhancing their potential, and facilitating the expansion of their cooperation with foreign partners.
In addition, the Association carries out awareness-raising activities, organizes training programs, and helps its members access international tourism markets.
The Association’s Board of Directors has established specific membership criteria for candidate companies:
– Both legal entities and individual entrepreneurs are eligible to apply for membership.
– The candidate company must have at least three official employees and a stable operational period of at least one year.
– Candidates must demonstrate active and reputable activity on social media platforms.
– The company should have a modern material and technical base and a well-equipped office in accordance with contemporary standards.
– The company’s operations should be highly regarded within Azerbaijan’s socio-economic market.
– The company must maintain transparent capitalization and a clear tax strategy.
Applications for membership are reviewed during the meetings of the Association’s Board of Directors, and the final decision is made by the Board.
To become a member, tourism companies must fill out a membership application form and a candidate form and submit them along with the required supporting documents to the Association’s office located at 123 B. Safaroglu.
